Welcome to Bright Line Leadership
Building powerful, productive teams. Maximizing personal growth, success, and influence.
The “Bright Line” philosophy is rooted in servant leadership and revolves around three critical principles:
Bright Line leaders ensure their team is effective, engaged, agile, resilient, and thriving.
Effectively practicing leadership means exceeding that bright line threshold even when we’re standing on shifting sands of circumstance in unfamiliar, uncomfortable territory.
I chose Andrew intentionally because of his impressive knowledge of Emotional Intelligence, as well as his incredible ability to teach and train leaders using practicality, honesty, and real-life examples. He is willing to be vulnerable to help others learn and has impressive educational credentials, as well as the "real life" experience of being a high-level leader in a large organization. This mix of education and experience make him an excellent coach, mentor, and trainer for any of your leadership needs.

I have been fortunate enough to have Andy as a facilitator for two separate group sessions on emotional intelligence. One full day in person, and another virtual half-day session. On both occasions, Andy very capably connected with the audience and clearly conveyed the key principles of emotional intelligence, while also fostering introspection and connection within the group. He gave us clear examples of real situations, and allowed us to better understand our own strengths and areas for development by telling our own stories. I never felt I was being "sold to," and heard similar feedback from my colleagues - Andy is authentic and cares about helping others to grow into their best selves.

After being introduced to the Hogan Assessment, I connected with Andy to understand myself as a leader and how I am perceived as a leader. Andy is adept and thorough in his ability to guide me through the nuances of how this assessment could help me be a more effective leader. He was intentional about reminding me that there is nothing wrong with who I am as a leader and there are also areas where I can help others to respond to me better by understanding my "why" and how I might be perceived if I do not explain my "why." Thank you, Andy, for all your guidance and wisdom.
